PPAF innovates and collaborates to promote solar cooking. Most families in Haiti endure a poverty-respiratory disease-deforestation trap of dependence on charcoal or wood for cooking. PPAF, with its Haitian and US-based colleagues, aims to reduce this dependency by introducing and monitoring cookstoves powered by the sun.
